Inquiry form

The information entered in the form is used to review your inquiry and contact you to arrange a discussion. The form is processed by Netlify. If you arrive through an ad, source and campaign parameters may be included with the form submission to measure which ads generated inquiries.

Do not send passwords, private client records, student records, athlete health data, or sensitive financial details through the form. To ask about or request removal of an inquiry, submit the consultation form with “Privacy request” at the start of the description.

Free consultation

The initial one-hour project consultation is free. A form submission or introductory discussion does not create a paid engagement or require either side to proceed. Any paid work requires agreement on scope, milestones, schedule, cost, and handoff responsibilities.
